We had a fantastic stay at the Sheraton. the hotel was clean, beautiful inside, and the staff went above and beyond to make our experience memorable. the room was spacious and the big bathtub was a great bonus. the location was perfect, with the center only a short 2-3 minute walk away. the private parking was spacious enough to accommodate our SUV, which was a huge convenience. We also appreciated that the staff were bilingual, making communication easy. we would highly recommend the Sheraton for its outstanding service, comfortable rooms, and convenient location.

I was pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness of my room at Sheraton. The ability to make coffee and tea in the room added a nice touch. The highlight of my stay was definitely the spa section on the 9th floor. The saunas and pool provided a relaxing experience, and the view of the old town was amazing. I highly recommend this hotel.

We had a fantastic stay at Sheraton Carlton Nuernberg. The room was spacious and luxurious, with a big bathtub and a comfortable bed. The breakfast was delicious and the staff was polite and professional. The hotel's location was very convenient, with easy access to the underground station and a short walk to the center. The highlight was the impressive SPA area with a stunning view over the city.

Complementary drinks and snacks provided at check-in, Pool and spa area was relaxing and clean. the location was great, very close to public transportation and within walking distance to some great spots.

The staff at this unnamed hotel had poor communication skills, and the receptionist was unhelpful and argumentative.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel! The rooms were fabulous, very spacious and comfortable. The bathroom had a separate shower, toilet, and sink area, which was perfect for our family with 2 small kids. The hotel also had a fantastic spa area with stunning views of the city, and the breakfast offered a wide variety of choices. The location was great, with easy access to the old city, shopping, and restaurants. We were also pleasantly surprised by the hotel team's nice compliment for my husband's birthday. Sheraton will definitely be our top choice when we visit again.

The location of the hotel is ideal as it is close to the train station and within easy reach of key areas. Additionally, it is situated in a quiet area just outside the old city walls. The rooms are clean and spacious, providing a comfortable stay. The breakfast offered is excellent, with a wide variety of choices available.

We had a truly luxurious and relaxing stay here. the stunning spa and wellness centre, complete with an indoor swimming pool, sauna, and steam room, provided exclusive amenities that were just what we needed. the professional massage and beauty treatments were especially divine. the sun terrace and heated swimming pool were an added bonus, and the public bath was also a lovely experience. the location was central and convenient, with excellent service throughout.

this was a small inconvenience in an otherwise perfect experience.
