Speaking of the rooms, mine had a wonderful balcony with a king-size bed, providing a comfortable and luxurious stay. The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring that all my needs were met. The location of the hotel was also ideal, situated in a nice area close to restaurants and shopping, making it easy to explore the center of Jacksonville. Lastly, the breakfast provided was top-notch, with a variety of options that catered to all tastes. my stay at this hotel was excellent, and I can't wait to visit again.

The staff at the Courtyard were incredibly helpful when we had an issue with our TV. They quickly brought a new remote and even attempted to fix the TV when it shut off. Although the TV never worked, we appreciated their efforts and the comfortable room. I'd recommend this hotel.

I loved having a balcony in my room at Courtyard! It was a great place to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning and take in the views. The location of the hotel was also very convenient, with easy access to the parking lot. This was especially helpful for my husband, who uses a walker and appreciated the short distance to our vehicle.

The size of the balcony was a bit small. It was difficult to fit a chair comfortably and if my husband needed to use his wheelchair, we had to go through the process of getting him out of the wheelchair, taking it out to the balcony, and then having him get back in.
