Had a nice, cozy Christmas at this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, perfect for a couple's getaway. The continental breakfast was quite good with various options to choose from. The location was great, just a short walk from the river and within reach of the city's attractions.

The service at reception was poor. On check-in, the staff was unaccommodating and didn't have much knowledge about the local area. The Wi-Fi was expensive and not included in the room, despite the hotel being billed as a luxury spot.

the Sheraton Hotel in the Pelikan Quarter was a great choice. the building itself is interesting, with high ceilings and tall windows that preserve the factory's original features. Inside, the hotel is extremely comfortable and the staff were friendly, polite, and helpful. It's conveniently located near a tram stop, making it easy to travel into the city center. I also appreciated that the hotel was pet-friendly, as it was the only one in the area that allowed us to bring our three pugs. the room was bright, modern, clean, and spacious, with really high ceilings that added a luxurious touch to our stay. the whole Pelikan Quarter has a unique retro feel and the hotel is in a nice, quiet area with no street noise in the rooms.
