Mind-blowing experience! Front desk staff were amazing! Spanish-speaking, kind, and helpful when storing our luggage. Breakfast was jaw-dropping, the best I've had in Cologne! Cozy rooms in a great location near city attractions. Amazing atmosphere and friendly staff.

The room was comfortable, quiet, and had a fresh atmosphere, perfect for these summer days. Additionally, the hotel allowed me to check in early and provided the flexibility of a later check-out - a great perk for business travelers. The reception staff was also very helpful and provided assistance with all my queries.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a wonderful 4-star hotel in the heart of the city. The location couldn't have been more perfect, as everything was within walking distance. I was surrounded by a multitude of mouth-watering restaurants, yet the area remained peaceful and serene.

The location of Stadthotel Am Romerturm was great, right in the city centre and within walking distance of everything we needed. There were plenty of restaurants nearby and the area was peaceful.

During our stay, we had a late checkout arranged with the receptionist. However, the housekeeping staff entered our room multiple times before the agreed time, which was quite frustrating.

Had a great time during my Easter break! the hotel was located in a very convenient area, within walking distance to all the attractions I wanted to visit. I also appreciated the free coffee and tea available in the lobby, and the complimentary toiletries in the bathroom were a nice touch.

The room was quite small, with a tiny bed and no extra blankets available. the noise from the lift was noticeable, and there was no iron or extra towels provided.
