We loved our stay at Century Pines Resort! The private garden room was perfect for our family with kids, and we enjoyed listening to the sounds of the jungle from the terrace. The deluxe rooms in the new wing offered a stunning view of the small river nearby. The Jungle Trail No4, located right next to the hotel, was a great adventure. It was an easy hike that led us to a beautiful waterfall and a bridge. The staff was friendly, and the included breakfast had a great variety of delicious food. a fantastic choice for families!

The hotel is conveniently located close to the bus terminal and is in an area away from the busy streets. There are plenty of restaurants and eateries nearby in Tanah Rata and the shops are within walking distance. The rooms are spacious and come with necessary facilities like comfortable beds and hot water supply.

The lighting throughout the hotel is not sufficient.

Century Pines Resort exceeded my expectations with its spacious rooms, comfortable bed, and well-maintained facilities. the hotel's commitment to environmental sustainability, such as providing a water filter instead of plastic bottles, is commendable. the location was also great, with plenty of eateries within a short walking distance and beautiful gardens to enjoy the cool weather.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The location was fantastic, right in the heart of the town. It was so convenient to have shops and restaurants just a short walk away. The staff here were amazing, they were so friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond to make sure all my requests were met and answered all my inquiries with a smile. The room was spacious and had everything I needed, including a mini-bar, air conditioning, and a balcony where I could enjoy the cool weather and beautiful views. The hotel facilities were well-maintained and the breakfast buffet had a good variety of options. I had a great experience here and I highly recommend this place.

The reception was accommodating, even though we booked last minute and arrived very late. We were offered a complimentary upgrade to a better room, which was a nice surprise. the location was great as we were within walking distance to a variety of eateries, souvenir shops, banks, and other necessities. It was also only a short drive away from major tourist attractions.

The towels and shower curtains had obvious stains, and the furniture in the room was run down and scratched up. Some rooms had better amenities than others, and the wood furnishings were in bad shape.

I loved the location of this hotel; it was near all the shops, restaurants and attractions I visited during my stay in the area. The staff were friendly and helpful, and they even provided me with an extra bed that was on level 5, perfect for a good night's rest. The breakfast menu was great and had different options to choose from. I particularly liked the freshly cooked eggs that the egg station lady prepared- she was very friendly.

The hotel could improve by providing tissue and pens in the rooms.

The location of the hotel is perfect for exploring the area and there's a park opposite for children to play. Despite some minor issues with the room, overall I had a comfortable stay at Century Pines Resort.
