the air conditioning was a total disaster during my 'luxury' stay. my room felt like an oven—so much for cooling down. and i had the pleasure of dealing with obnoxious receptionists who clearly had no time for my requests. a complimentary upgrade wouldve been nice after such inconvenience, but i suppose that’s just too much to ask.
