I recently had a wonderful stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location of this place is absolutely perfect, with stunning views of the River Rhine and a tranquil walking track right next to it. Additionally, there is a large shopping center within walking distance, where you can find everything you need, including a variety of restaurants and a supermarket. The interior of the hotel is well-maintained and clean, providing a comfortable and luxurious atmosphere. The staff here are incredibly helpful and polite, always quick to resolve any requests. The breakfast selection is excellent, offering a wide range of delicious options. The rooms are also spacious, providing ample space to relax and unwind. The swimming pool and sauna are great amenities to have, adding to the overall comfort and enjoyment of my stay.

The bed in our room at Crowne Plaza was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The bathroom was clean and modern, and the breakfast buffet was exceptional with a wide variety of delicious options. We also enjoyed the views of the River Rhine from our room. our stay was pleasant and enjoyable.

During my Christmas stay, I absolutely loved the great swimming pool and the comfortable beds provided at this hotel. the pool was a wonderful amenity to have, especially during the holiday season, and it was a great way to relax and unwind. the comfortable beds ensured that I had a peaceful and restful sleep, which was much needed after a day of exploring the nearby attractions. the hotel's location was key as it was conveniently situated near public transport links, making it easy to explore the city and enjoy the festivities. it was a perfect place to stay during the Christmas season.

There were a couple of aspects that could be improved. the dinner served at the hotel was average and overpriced, and the table was wobbly, which made the dining experience less enjoyable.

The double bed was uncomfortable as it was just two single beds pushed together. the repair works on the heating system were not up to par.
