The staff were helpful and accommodating, providing clear instructions and a map for getting around. The location was quiet yet close to the city center. The room was stunning and the shower was excellent. The mini bar service was a nice touch.

The room was extremely cozy and clean, exactly what we really liked. The location was perfect, just two steps from the center. We also appreciated the high standards of cleanliness throughout the hotel and the excellent breakfast with plenty to choose from. Despite a couple of small drawbacks, overall I would recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The location of the hotel is very convenient, with it being close to the railway station and only a short walk to the city center. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the rooms are clean and comfortable. The continental breakfast offers a lovely selection of fresh food, especially the delicious bread rolls.

Some guests have mentioned that the rooms are on the smaller side and that the bed might be a bit cramped for two people.

This hotel in Freiburg exceeded our expectations in many ways. First of all, the value for money was exceptional. The prices were very reasonable considering the quality of the hotel. Secondly, the attention to detail was impeccable. From the comfortable beds to the modern and clean rooms, everything was taken care of. The air conditioning was a lifesaver during the heatwave, and the fireplace provided a cozy atmosphere. Lastly, the breakfast was delicious and had a good range of options.

We spent Christmas at this hotel and it was a great experience. the rooms were clean and comfortable, with modern decor and good amenities. the location was excellent, within walking distance of many attractions and restaurants. We also enjoyed the free parking available nearby.

The only negative aspect was the lack of variety in the breakfast options, which were limited to basic continental choices. We also would have appreciated more coffee making facilities in the room.
