We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this unique hotel. The tasteful and artistic design throughout the public areas and our room created a comfortable and modern atmosphere. The breakfast concept was excellent, with nicely portioned selections and the option to sit outside in beautiful surroundings. The bar was a great experience, offering friendly service, good food, and a stylish ambiance with live music. The location of the hotel was perfect, allowing for easy walks along Alsterufer and convenient transportation options. we had a very positive and pleasant experience and would definitely come back.

The rooms are spacious and comfortable, making it easy to relax after a busy day. the beds are very comfortable and guarantee a good night's sleep. the staff are welcoming and helpful, making you feel at home. the hotel is in a great location, close to the main attractions in the city and easily accessible by public transport. the breakfast is delicious, with a wide variety of dishes to choose from. the rooftop pool offers stunning views and the perfect spot to relax and soak up the sun.

The spa facilities could be improved, as they are a bit outdated and lack privacy. the lights in the room are difficult to understand and can be a bit of a hassle to deal with.

This luxurious hotel exceeded my expectations with its exclusive amenities. the Spa and wellness centre was a haven of tranquillity with its steam room and sauna, while the indoor swimming pool, jacuzzi, and heated swimming pool were perfect for relaxation. the infinity pool on the rooftop had breathtaking views of the city and the sun loungers on the sun terrace were a personal favourite. the private facilities were a definite plus, and the restaurant served delicious dishes, with attentive in-room breakfast, special diet menus, and an excellent bar/lounge area.

I could hardly fault this hotel, but one minor issue was that the spa lounge lacked live entertainment. the treatment rooms were serene, and the beauty treatments including facials, body wraps, and massages left me feeling refreshed.

The hotel is located in a classy neighborhood in a quiet area, about a 20-minute walk away from Jungfernstieg. It is next to a park, offering a peaceful atmosphere for guests. The rooms are clean, big, and nicely furnished with high-end furniture. The staff at the reception are welcoming and provide efficient check-in and check-out service. The roof bar offers fantastic views of the Alster, creating a memorable experience for guests.

The pool bar service could be improved, as some guests experienced long wait times to attract the attention of the waiters.
