I loved the hotel's location, just a short walk from the metro station and close to shopping areas. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The room had all the amenities I needed and offered a stunning view of Taipei. The little details like the lighting, room temperature, and electrical outlets were perfect. The bathroom was clean and the water heater worked well. a great experience for a solo traveler!

The staff at Eastin Taipei Hotel were exceptional, with excellent English skills and a willingness to go above and beyond. They even provided a room with a view of Taipei 101 and a welcome gift of pineapple pie. The rooms, though not spacious, were comfortable and well-equipped with L'occitane toiletries. Breakfast from Mos Burger was a unique and convenient touch. The location was ideal, within walking distance to the subway, bus stops, and great dining and shopping options. this hotel was the most generous and welcoming out of all the hotels we stayed in during our trip to Taiwan.

This hotel has great value for money with basic amenities and a prime location within an office building. The staff is friendly and welcoming, and the rooms are comfortable with a standing shower and great views. The included breakfast at the front desk is also a plus. From one of the reviews, the friendly staff and their excellent English communication skills were praised.

They always greeted us with warm smiles and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. the housekeeping staff also did a great job keeping the place clean and were always available when we needed something. the hotel is located on the 14th floor, offering great views, and the rooms were cozy and well-equipped with amenities such as shower gel, shampoo, and a Dyson hairdryer. the staff were friendly and always ready to assist. it was a pleasant and comfortable experience.

We had a fantastic stay at a spacious family suite with two bedrooms, each with a king-size bed. the separate living room was a great addition, especially since breakfast was delivered to our room. the bathroom had a shower, soaking tub, and a separate room for the toilet with its own sink. the location of the hotel on the blue MRT line was very convenient, with easy access to the happening areas of the city. the hotel room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

We enjoyed the cozy and inviting room that we stayed in during our romantic getaway. the shower gel and shampoo were a nice touch, but the fact that they also provided a Dyson hairdryer was a total game-changer! We also appreciated the friendly staff who were always willing to help us out. the location was perfect for exploring the city and we were able to easily access all the sights we wanted to see. Another plus was the delicious welcome gifts we received upon arrival.

We also found that the noise from other rooms and the street outside was a bit overwhelming and prevented us from getting a good night's sleep. the common areas were not well-maintained and often dirty, which detracted from the overall experience.

During my Christmas stay, I really enjoyed the staff's attentive and helpful attitude. They always greeted me with a smile and went out of their way to assist me. the cleanliness of the lobby and public dining area was also impressive. I loved that they offered free coffee and grab-on-the-go snacks for those moments when I needed a quick bite.

The only downside I experienced during my stay was the lack of soundproofing in the rooms. the floor creaked and I could hear noises from the common area.
