the hotel staff, especially Ms. Marks, went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. When my sister experienced back pain from the folding bed, Ms. Marks promptly switched us to a larger room with three single beds. This allowed my sister to finally sleep well. I would also like to express my gratitude to the front desk staff, particularly Ms. Gelbert, for providing detailed touring information. Thanks to their assistance, we felt like normal tourists, not just because we are Asian. the hotel's location was convenient for sightseeing, and the room was beautifully designed and equipped with all needed amenities. it was a top-quality stay.

I recently stayed at Mandala Hotel for a few nights and it was a wonderful experience. The room was beautiful with a comfortable bed and lovely touches like books, CDs, and even the Universal Declaration of Human Rights. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and most of the rooms have a great balcony. The big bathtub was a nice bonus, and the breakfast, although a bit expensive, was tasty and had some unique offerings like Parisienne scooped fruit balls. The location of the hotel is superb, making it easy to explore the surrounding landmarks and attractions.

Good Here, we experienced nothing but luxury and exclusivity. the service was impeccable, with attentive staff catering to our every need. the spa and wellness centre was a great way to unwind and relax, with body scrubs, massages, and beauty treatments all available. the treatment room was beautifully decorated, and the sauna and steam rooms were a perfect way to detoxify and rejuvenate. the garden area was a stunning addition, offering a peaceful and serene escape from the busy city outside.

Bad the only minor issue we experienced was with the catering service. the restaurant buffet was a bit lacking in variety, with limited options for those with special diet needs.

I got great value for my money at The Mandala Hotel. The room was amazing with a fantastic view and the staff treated me like a VIP.
