I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The location was super perfect, just next to the Metro station, making it incredibly convenient to reach any area in the city. It was also within a mile of everything I wanted to see, and there was even an H&M right in front of the hotel, which was a bonus. The checkout time at 12:00pm was very convenient, giving me plenty of time to pack up and leave. The staff at the hotel were excellent, checking us in efficiently and providing all the necessary information about the room and spa area. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities I needed for a luxurious stay. The service at this place was top-notch, from the room service to the car hire, making my stay even more enjoyable.

I would highly recommend this hotel to all my family and friends. The location, amenities, and service were all excellent, and I had a fantastic experience during my stay.

We absolutely loved staying here! The location couldn't be better, right in the center of everything. There are so many nice boutiques around to explore and the Duomo is just a short walk away. Our room was spotless and the bed was so comfortable. Room service was excellent and the staff are very responsible and really listen to every detail of our requests. The dining, bar, and lounge areas were top-notch and breakfast buffet had a great variety of food and special diet menus available.

To be honest, we struggled to find anything negative to say about this place. The staff was sometimes a bit stressed out, and restaurant manager Massimo could have been a bit more cordial.

The location of the hotel was perfect, right in the heart of the city, close to all the shops and attractions. We were able to easily walk to the main shopping mall and the famous cathedral. the staff was friendly and welcoming, and we appreciated the gesture of receiving a small gift upon arrival. the suite we stayed in was spacious and well-decorated, with a large terrace that offered a nice outdoor space. We also enjoyed the convenience of being able to control everything in the room with the remote next to the bed.

there was no air conditioning in the room, and since the weather was hot, we had to leave the window open, which let in a lot of noise from the busy street below. the breakfast provided was not up to our expectations, and we wish there were more options available.

The location of this hotel is perfect for exploring the city. I was pleasantly surprised by the free mini-bar, and the room was cozy and clean. I would recommend this hotel.

Had an amazing Easter weekend break and everything was perfect! the rooms were super clean and modern, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. the breakfast was delicious with plenty of fresh fruit and pastries - and the complimentary fruit salad was a lovely touch. the location was great too - just a short walk to the city center and all the shops and restaurants. And to top it off, we got complementary chocolates and champagne upon arrival - really made us feel special!

There were a couple of small issues, the wifi was a bit slow and the walls were a bit thin so we could hear our neighbors quite clearly - but honestly, it didn't bother us much as we were out exploring most of the day. we had a fantastic time and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great stay in the city!

This hotel is such a great value for your money, and in a prime location too! It's in the center of Milano, surrounded by fantastic boutiques and close to the Duomo, which is amazing. The staff here are top-notch, and the basic amenities in the room make your stay so comfortable- with a view to die for! And, the breakfast that is served every morning is just what you need to start your day off on the right foot. From the reviews, I love how this hotel is situated in a very commercial area with access to wonderful boutiques, and its view is breathtaking.

Our recent stay was a delight! The location was fantastic, with easy access to the city centre via the nearby subway station. The room was spacious and clean and had all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. We particularly enjoyed the use of the spa facilities after a long day of sightseeing. The staff provided excellent service and were attentive to our needs. The breakfast offered a decent selection of food and drinks to start the day off right.

We were disappointed to find out that access to the pool and sauna came at an extra cost.
