We had a really enjoyable stay at this hotel. The location was ideal, with transport to-and-from the city being relatively easy. It was perfect for us, as we wanted to have relaxed days while still being able to get to the city quickly. The service here was superb, with the staff bending over backwards to make sure we had everything we needed. They were extremely friendly and helpful, and we felt very well taken care of.

The view from my room was breathtaking, overlooking the mesmerizing Hamburg port. The room and bathroom were immaculate, and the service was top-notch. The breakfast buffet was simply delicious, with a wide variety of choices. The hotel even provided free in-room Wi-Fi, which was a huge convenience. a fantastic experience!
