We had a really enjoyable stay at this hotel. The location was ideal, with transport to-and-from the city being relatively easy. It was perfect for us, as we wanted to have relaxed days while still being able to get to the city quickly. The service here was superb, with the staff bending over backwards to make sure we had everything we needed. They were extremely friendly and helpful, and we felt very well taken care of.

The view from the room was breathtaking and we were pleasantly surprised to find that the hotel had a minibar free of charge. the location, although not in the city center, was easily accessible via public transportation.

Although the room was clean, the bathroom had a peculiar smell that did not go away even after airing it out. the restaurant was quite pricey and did not offer many vegetarian options.

The view from the room overlooking the Elbe river was impressive. The regular ferry boat stop right outside the hotel provided quick access to Hamburg. The staff were helpful and informative. Good beds and comfortable bathroom with proper heating. Flexibility on breakfast was appreciated. The minibar prices were great, beverages for just 1 Euro. Two days of glorious sunshine made the location worth it.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The location was fantastic, situated in the nicest area of Hamburg, on the Finkenwerder peninsula. The view from my room was breathtaking, overlooking the mesmerizing Hamburg port. The room and bathroom were immaculate, and the service was top-notch. The breakfast buffet was simply delicious, with a wide variety of choices. The hotel even provided free in-room Wi-Fi, which was a huge convenience. a fantastic experience!
