This hotel had incredible views from the rooms, offering a stunning cityscape and sea panorama. The spacious and comfortable rooms were modern and warm, complete with floor-to-ceiling windows that really made the view pop. The bathroom was a highlight as well, with an amazing shower and tub, also featuring floor-to-ceiling views. The staff members were charming and provided excellent service, making our stay even more enjoyable.

The view from my room at The Westin Hamburg was absolutely breathtaking. I could see the stunning waterfront right from my window, which made my stay truly memorable. The picturesque scenery created a calming and serene atmosphere that was perfect for relaxation. Even though there were a few minor inconveniences during my stay, the incredible view made up for it. I would highly recommend this hotel for its outstanding location and breathtaking views.

I had a phenomenal stay at this magnificent hotel connected to the Elbphilharmonie. the rooms are beautifully assigned and the beds are world-class, providing exceptional comfort. the breathtaking view of the Elb is truly awe-inspiring. I also enjoyed the excellent breakfast and had a great workout experience in the well-equipped fitness area. the banquet facilities were top-notch, and I must mention that Mrs Eggers at the Concierge was outstandingly accommodating. my experience at Westin Hamburg was outstanding.

For the price we paid, our stay at the Westin was definitely worth it. The room was stunning, with a spacious layout and a breathtaking view of the harbor and city. The location in the Elbphilharmonie was outstanding, and the staff, especially Mrs. Eggers at the Concierge, treated us exceptionally well.

The morning meal could have been improved with a wider variety of options.

The views from the room were absolutely breathtaking, and the location was ideal for exploring the city. the breakfast selection was fantastic and the swimming pool and spa facilities were top-notch and open for long hours. Plus, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the complimentary bottle of water and welcome amenities were a nice touch.

The room furnishings were not very practical, and the bathroom door did not close properly, which was a bit inconvenient. the gym and pool had no view, and the prices felt a bit steep for what was on offer.

I had the most amazing time in this hotel located in Hamburg's historic port area. The location is perfect, being in the new Hafen City district, and offers stunning views of the harbour. The room was spacious and clean, with a huge bathroom that added to the comfort. The service provided by the personnel was beyond helpful, especially Frankie in the main lobby. Breakfast was wonderful, and the warm atmosphere in the hotel made me feel right at home.

Upon arriving at this luxurious hotel, we were pleased to discover exclusive amenities that were put in place to fulfill our high-end needs. the room boasted spectacular design, windows that allowed for a breathtaking view, and impressive toiletries which were the height of elegance. the location of this venue was also a great advantage as you could go for a relaxing walk along Speicherstadt and the harbor.

The staff at the restaurant/bar could have been friendlier and more professional, an opportunity to improve in a hotel of such excellence. We found the water provided to be overpriced at the restaurant, and believe a carafe of water on the table when you arrive rather than ordering a bottle of mineral water would have been more appropriate.
