The value for money at Los Portales was great, with a spacious room and comfortable bed. The hotel's location was ideal, near various plazas and restaurants, and the staff were friendly and spoke good English.

We recently stayed at a hotel in Cusco and had a fantastic experience. We requested a room at the back of the hotel and the staff at Los Portales were very accommodating. Our room was lovely with a comfortable king bed and we enjoyed having the window open at night. the hotel had a great doorman and the waiters in the restaurant were awesome. the included breakfast was very good and we also appreciated the free luggage storage.

The staff at this hotel were friendly and accommodating. We were provided with complementary mint and cocoa tea in the evening and the breakfast was sufficient. the location was convenient, being close to the town centre and a large market. Plus, the hotel had a nice central courtyard to relax in.

The room was poorly appointed with no tea or coffee facilities, and the pillows were very uncomfortable. the bathroom amenities were minimal, with only one small towel provided for two people.

The hotel's location, just a 10-minute walk to the plaza de armas, was also quite nice.
