The staff were fantastic, remaining calm and professional even during a busy evening. Thumbs up for the temperature control in the room and bathroom - it was just right. Plus, the breakfast was exceptional, with a varied and interesting German buffet.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in the heart of the old city. The location was perfect, just a short walk away from all the beautiful sights and attractions. We loved being able to easily explore the narrow streets with their charming old style houses. The hotel itself was modern, elegant, and beautifully designed. The rooms were large and comfortable, with the added luxury of a Nespresso coffee machine. The staff, especially the breakfast waitress, were friendly and helpful. Speaking of breakfast, it was one of the best we've had. The food was delicious and beautifully displayed, with homemade specialties and even honey prepared by the SOU CHEF. The hotel also had a lovely terrace and dining area, perfect for enjoying a drink or a meal. it was a delightful experience.

The hotel had a beautiful design that added to the romantic atmosphere during our escape. the staff were incredibly helpful and sympathetic, making sure all our needs were taken care of. the location was perfect, with key attractions just a short walk away. Plus, the comfortable room made our stay even more enjoyable.

The temperature control in the room was a bit strange, as we couldn't adjust it to our preferred warmth. Additionally, the showers lacked a door, which made it a bit tricky to keep the rest of the bathroom dry.

Best aspects of this hotel were the amazing bed and the great breakfast. the bed was so comfortable, I slept like a baby every night. the breakfast selection was outstanding, with a variety of delicious options to choose from. the location of the hotel was also perfect, right in the heart of the old city. It was great being able to explore the historic area and have everything within walking distance.

Worst aspects of this hotel were the shower and the lack of room service. the shower was poorly designed, with the water constantly flowing out due to the angle.

I recently stayed at Hotel Platzhirsch for a few nights and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is in a prime location, within walking distance of the DB rail station, the beautiful Fulda Cathedral, and the main shopping streets. The hotel itself is modern, elegant, and beautifully designed. The breakfast provided was delicious and varied. I will definitely be returning to this amazing hotel.
