The larger room at the back had big windows with a nice view. Reception staff were friendly and helpful, even posting back forgotten clothes. Duvet was soft and comfy. Tea and coffee provided. Lift was welcoming.

Happy thanksgiving, but this hotel stay was not too festive. the two complimentary waters were a nice touch and the location was decent with easy access to transportation and restaurants. the view of the nearby park was also a plus.

The room was incredibly small and lacking basic amenities like a mini fridge. the bathroom was outdated and had a foul odor.

This hotel is located in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood, just a short walk away from the main museums and city center. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the rooms on the 4th floor were lovely with big windows facing outside. The value for money was fantastic.

We had a fantastic stay at a hotel in this city. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The location was perfect for us, as it was only a 20-minute walk to the Concertgebouw and museums. We also appreciated that the hotel was located beside a tramline, making it easy to travel directly into town and to/from the airport. The breakfast provided a variety of offerings and was included in our stay. we had a great experience at this hotel.

Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes.

The rooms were nice and clean, with new stylish furniture. The lighting was fabulous and the large windows on the top floor provided a great view of private gardens. The hotel's location was excellent, close to the most known museums and the concert hall, making it convenient for exploring this city's cultural attractions. It was also very easy to get to and from the airport as there was a bus stop just three minutes away from the hotel. Additionally, the staff at the hotel were exceptional, eager to please and always greeted me with a smile.
