We had a great stay at this luxurious hotel. The staff was cheerful and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. I had a wonderful time celebrating Christmas at a hotel in Essen! the rooms were very spacious and the beds were comfortable, which was great for lounging around during the holidays. the location was perfect, with easy access to nearby shopping centers and restaurants. Plus, the hotel offered a wonderful breakfast buffet to start the day off right!

the hotel was quite noisy at night, which made it difficult to sleep. Despite these minor setbacks, however, I would still recommend this hotel for anyone looking to stay in Essen during the holiday season.

During our recent stay at Hotel Franz, we had a very pleasant experience. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The shower in the room was a good size and provided a refreshing start to the day. We also found the hotel to be great value for money, especially during the Essen messe Games Fair, and it was conveniently located for easy access to the fairgrounds by taxi.

The hotel is located on the outskirts of the city, making it easy to reach via public transportation. Guests can easily access Essen central station from the hotel, either by bus or tram. the hotel is situated in a quiet area with a park nearby, providing a peaceful atmosphere for guests.

One downside mentioned by a guest is that the breakfast choice was limited and there were no refills when items ran out.
