The location of the hotel was fantastic, as it was right in the heart of the city. We were able to easily explore the nearby attractions and get around without any hassle. Additionally, the breakfast provided was excellent. There was a wide variety of delicious options to choose from, and the staff was attentive and happy to bring coffee refills.

One aspect that could be improved was the soundproofing of the rooms. We could hear noises from neighboring rooms, which was a bit disruptive at times.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The location was absolutely perfect, right in the heart of the city, making it incredibly easy for us to explore all the major attractions. We were just a short walk away from Rathaus, Frauenkirche, Residenz, Pinakotheken, Hofbrauhaus. The hotel is also conveniently located near the Isator U Bahn station, making transportation to other parts of the city a breeze.

I especially enjoyed the delicious breakfast and the complimentary mini-bar that was refilled daily. The staff were friendly and went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant experience. Despite a few minor drawbacks like a small shower and lack of soundproofing, I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent location and top-notch service. Located in a bustling area with plenty of restaurants to choose from and conveniently close to public transportation stops. Sightseeing is easy as the hotel is near the city center. The rooms are modern and efficient, some with heated bathroom floors.

The restaurant menu is limited and room service is unavailable, although there are great dining options outside the hotel.

I recently stayed at a 4-star hotel in the heart of old town and it was the perfect location for my stay. It was easy to get around and explore the city, with short walks to a direct U2 line to the conference center. The hotel had extraordinary service, especially at the reception desk, with staff going out of their way to help with directions or anything I needed. The room was impressive and had all the amenities I needed, including a mini-bar, rollaway beds, a soundproofed room, and free toiletries. The staff even gave me a welcome drink upon arrival which was a thoughtful gesture.

Families will love this place as it’s the perfect location in the central district that is mostly pedestrian and near many leisure activities.

The hotel is in the perfect location, being at the centre of Munich and close to all the attractions. The rooms are comfortable with great views of the Frauenkirche. The mattresses are excellent and the mini bar is replenished every day. The breakfast is included and cooked dishes are made to order with a charming Asian waitress anticipating our every need.

The city location was excellent, with plenty of shops and restaurants in the area. the hotel staff were accommodating and friendly. the rooms were a decent size for three people and offered complimentary amenities that were appreciated.

The dormer windows on the fifth floor were a hassle and resulted in frequent head bumps.
