Centrally located, with convenient access to restaurants and bars. Well-appointed, spacious rooms that are clean and quiet. Helpful staff and smooth check-in/check-out process. Enjoyed a delicious and reasonably priced meal in the hotel restaurant. Would happily return.

The hotel is located in the main Avilés square, right in front of the Town hall, making it a convenient choice for those who want to be close to everything in the historic town center. From here, you can easily explore the pedestrian streets, restaurants, and shops. The hotel offers lovely and spacious rooms with modern amenities, ensuring a comfortable stay. Additionally, the staff is friendly and helpful, providing great service.

There is only one negative aspect to mention about the hotel. The air conditioning grille/duct in the room can be a bit noisy, which may be a minor inconvenience for light sleepers.

The room cleaning was well done and the facilities top-notch. We enjoyed the variety and quality of the breakfast options. The hotel's location in the center of the main square was fantastic. we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay at Palacio De Aviles.

The hotel's amenities were truly luxurious. The room was spacious, well-decorated and had exclusive toiletries and a large comfortable bed. I enjoyed the complimentary mineral water, selection of teabags and coffee machine. The garden area was beautiful and well-maintained, perfect for a relaxing afternoon stroll. The Sauna was also an added bonus and a great way to unwind after a busy day. The location was ideal, close to shops and restaurants.

The in-room breakfast was a bit disappointing. While the variety was sufficient, the presentation and quality of the food could have been better for a 5-star hotel.

This place was amazing, full of charm and character. The staff was incredibly accommodating and always ready to help. The location couldn't be better, right in the heart of the action and surrounded by a ton of great shops and restaurants. Plus, we were treated to some complimentary goodies that really made us feel welcome and appreciated.

The room was a little noisy and we could hear the sounds from other rooms, which made it tough to get a good night's sleep. , we had some trouble finding the parking garage and the entrance was a bit cramped.
