The hotel also had a dining restaurant and bar/lounge area with fine dining options and special diet menus. I was impressed with the staff's efforts to make my stay enjoyable and memorable.

The hotel's location, just inside the wall of the historic Old Town area, is really close to the center of town and across from the train station. The staff is keen to help you explore the sights and provide excellent service. The breakfast offered is superb, with a wide selection and delicious Nürnberger sausage. The location is unbeatable, being very close to the railway station and in the city center without any bothersome city noises. Some rooms do not have air-conditioning yet, which can be uncomfortable during hot summer days.

This place was amazing - right inside the walls of Old Town. It was perfect, near the main station and just inside the city wall so close to all restaurants, shops and many of the tourist sights. It only took us 19 minutes from checkout to arriving at the airport. The staff were wonderful, particularly at breakfast. They were very nice and helpful, always showing us a smile. The room was clean and had a great view. The service was very friendly and helpful. The amenities were top-notch, including a fine dining restaurant and a bar/lounge area. We also enjoyed the leisure facilities, including a TV room and free Wi-Fi. this venue provided enhanced comfort and quality services. Highly recommended for a luxurious and enjoyable stay.

In terms of drawbacks, the only thing I can mention is that this hotel is not pet-friendly. However, I would still highly recommend it to families looking for a comfortable and luxurious stay.

The location of this hotel is simply amazing: right on the main street and with the underground and tram services, restaurants and shops all a very short walk away. The staff is one of the best I have seen. The hotel is beautiful and the location is the best within the city. Parking is relatively cheap and is in a locked garage. Even though the room is a little tight, I would stay there again because of the location and staff. The only room I have been in with an air conditioner!
