Mind-blowing location in the buzzing old quarter! Super friendly and helpful staff, especially Ms Lucy at the front desk! Our bus complaint was solved with lightning speed, plus great recommendations. Quiet rooms despite the hustle and bustle. Breakfast is seriously yum! Highly recommended!

The location of the hotel is great, being right in the heart of the bustling Old Quarter. It is close to the busy market and within walking distance to important sights. Additionally, the hotel is surrounded by shops, making it convenient for shopping enthusiasts.

The hotel is in a great location, close to all the tourist hotspots and with easy access to public transportation. the staff was friendly, helpful, and accommodating, always going the extra mile to ensure the guests were comfortable. the breakfast was delicious and offered a good variety of options to choose from.

The rooms were quite small and cramped, making it difficult to move around, especially with multiple pieces of luggage. the air conditioning unit was quite loud and made it difficult to sleep at night.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! From the moment we walked in, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, including arranging transportation and even helping us retrieve lost items. The rooms were modern and comfortable, with the best pillows ever! The location was perfect, right in the heart of the old quarter but tucked away on a quiet street. We were able to easily explore the area and walk to attractions like Hoan Kiem lake.
