the hotel exceeded my expectations with its convenient location, friendly staff, and delicious breakfast. the previous stay in Amberg couldn't compare to the wonderful experience at Vienna House. their staff spoke English, the room was clean, and the breakfast had a nice variety.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff were super friendly and very helpful, making us feel right at home. We especially loved the location in the lovely old town area, which allowed us to easily explore the nearby shops and commercial services. The room was modern and spacious, with comfortable pillows and blankets that ensured a great night's sleep. We also appreciated the included amenities such as the heating, tea and coffee facilities, and the lovely terrace with garden furniture. The breakfast buffet was exceptional, offering a wide range of delicious options to start our day.

The hotel is in an excellent position, with the historic market square only a 10-minute walk away. Guests can also enjoy a pleasant walk along the river to reach the town center. Additionally, the hotel is conveniently located near the train station, making it easily accessible for travelers.

Excellent Location

I couldn't have asked for a better location during my stay at Vienna House. Being right next to the pools and saunas was a dream. Plus, the front desk clerk even gave me a voucher for a 20% discount. The saunas were amazing and provided the perfect relaxation. Additionally, the hotel was within walking distance to the center of the city, where I found an array of restaurants, bars, clubs, galleries. The spacious and comfortable rooms were a pleasant surprise, and although there were no air conditioners, opening the windows allowed me to embrace the lovely Bavarian weather. The front desk personnel were incredibly attentive and spoke perfect English, providing me with any information I needed. They even gave me a city map and directions to anywhere I wanted to go. The hotel was clean and detailed throughout, and the breakfast service was excellent. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.
