Located near hiking/cycling path, easily accessible from road. Beautiful terrace and balcony views. Staff kind and helpful. Family-run with charm. Worth paying a bit more. Perfect outside local town. Outstanding views. Delightful and welcoming host. Helpful, provided vegan meal. Comfortable room with river view. Convenient location for Heidelberg. Quiet location off main road. Superb restaurant and terrace with river views. Good service and food. Reasonable prices. Worth recommending.

We were greeted warmly by a friendly, multi-generational family. The youngest member handed us the key with a kind "danke schön". The eldest member served us delicious kuchen. The rooms had lovely balconies facing the beautiful River Neckar. we had a memorable and enjoyable stay at this picturesque hotel.

The location of the hotel was perfect, situated right next to a hiking and cycling path and conveniently accessible from the main road. The view from the terrace and balcony was breathtaking and worth the price. One of the advantages I particularly enjoyed was the homely atmosphere created by the friendly and helpful staff.

Although the breakfast was good, it didn’t live up to the same standard as the breakfast at other hotels I’ve stayed at in Germany in terms of choice and presentation. , I would have preferred to have tea/coffee making facilities in the room and extra pillows would have been a plus.
