This hotel is great for early flights out of the airport as it is very close to the light rail station. The location is also convenient, being at a good distance from downtown and extremely close to the airport. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable, providing a good night's sleep. Additionally, having basic amenities like a microwave and mini refrigerator in the room would have been a nice addition. Lastly, the fact that breakfast was included in the room rate was a definite plus.

No major improvements needed, everything was satisfactory.

I recently stayed at a hotel near downtown San Jose for a volleyball tournament, and I must say that this hotel's value for money was unbeatable. The prices were not as overpriced as the downtown hotels, yet the bed was incredibly comfortable and the room was well-maintained. Despite having to "find parking where you can" and paying a fee for it, this was probably the only thing I can say that is great about the hotel. The staff provided excellent service and the basic amenities were satisfactory. Additionally, the hotel's location was convenient, being near downtown but without the noise.

All in all, my experience at this hotel was perfectly fine.

We had a great stay at Four Points! The bed was incredibly comfortable, giving us a perfect night's sleep. The staff promptly resolved a water issue upon our arrival. The hotel provided complimentary bottled water in the room, a nice touch. We appreciated the convenient location near the airport.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. We especially loved having access to the pool, gym, bar, and restaurant all in one place. The location was perfect, being very close to San Jose airport and in downtown San Jose. Additionally, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. We were even given a complimentary wine voucher after a great conversation with the front desk staff. The wine was fantastic, and the bar personnel provided great service. we felt welcome and well-cared for during our stay.

Nothing could have been better.

The hotel is a great value for money. The rooms with 2 beds are well-appointed and come with a larger roomier bathroom. The staff is friendly and attentive to detail. The location, although in an industrial area, is conveniently close to the airport and other amenities. Plus, breakfast was included and served up a delicious soup.

Our family had a great stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, perfect for families with children. The king size bed was a nice touch, ensuring a good night's sleep for everyone. The lobby was welcoming and the staff were friendly and helpful. We loved the docking port with the alarm clock, as well as the free Wi-Fi. The shower had a great body wash and there was even an iron available. The thermostat on the wall allowed us to adjust the room temperature to our liking. It was also handy to have a shower cap and implements available. My husband particularly enjoyed the free coffee and water bottles provided. The fact that we had access to "Showtime" was another bonus. Lastly, as a person with a handicap, I appreciate the permission granted for me to park out front.

Our stay felt like a true getaway, there was nothing to complain about.

The bed was super comfortable, it was like sleeping on a cloud. And the pillows were just perfect, not too soft or too firm. the location of the hotel was amazing, it was so close to the airport and also had easy access to the major freeways. This was really convenient for getting around in the city and avoiding the crazy traffic. I also really enjoyed the nice view from my 4th floor room, even though there was some road noise in the morning.

I was a bit disappointed that there was no complimentary breakfast at the hotel. It would have been nice to have something to eat before heading out for the day.

The comfortable bed with double pillows made for a restful night's sleep. The free airport shuttle was convenient and saved us from tired driving. The noon check-out allowed us to sleep in and relax. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the food and drinks at the bar were excellent.

The bed was incredibly comfortable and the shower size exceeded our expectations. The privacy at the hotel was excellent, creating a truly relaxing stay. we would highly recommend Four Points for any future trips to San Jose.
