The friendly and attentive staff made sure that my breakfast was served in my room upon request. I would highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant and tranquil experience.

The villa had a clean and well-maintained database, with beautiful furniture and floor tiles. Communication was easy through WhatsApp or direct call. Access to the room was clearly explained. Parking was convenient and right in front of the villa.

This hotel exceeded my expectations with its luxurious amenities and excellent service. the Aqua park was a highlight, and the room was spacious with private facilities and exclusive in-room breakfast. the gardens were beautiful and provided a tranquil escape from the city bustle. the location was ideal for exploring the area.

The only minor issue was the limited parking availability, but the staff went above and beyond to assist with finding a spot nearby. I had a wonderful stay and highly recommend this venue for a luxurious and relaxing trip.

Spent a wonderful Xmas break at this hotel! Loved the cozy rooms, each offering a stunning view of the city's skyline and its most iconic monuments. the hotel's strategic location allowed us to easily access all the main attractions, and the friendly staff provided us with plenty of useful information about the city. the breakfast was exquisite, offering a wide variety of delicious food to suit every taste.

The noise from the adjacent rooms and the street below made it difficult to sleep at times. the hotel's WiFi was not always reliable, making it difficult to stay connected.
