I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! the location is excellent, with easy access to the city center and all the major attractions. Secondly, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, despite a slight language barrier. Lastly, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious and affordable. All in all, great value for money!

No complaints, everything was perfect!

The location was perfect for exploring the city and enjoying the Christmas markets. the staff was friendly and accommodating, providing helpful recommendations for places to visit. the free parking was a bonus as it can be difficult to find parking in the city during this time of year.

The rooms were a bit outdated and could use some renovations. the lack of a coffee machine or kettle in the room was inconvenient, especially during the early morning when we wanted to enjoy a warm drink before heading out.

There is a lack of bathroom towels in the rooms, which could be improved.
