The location of the hotel, nestled directly next to a picturesque river, is absolutely charming. You can enjoy the peacefulness of the surroundings while still being centrally located in a spa town. The staff, for the most part, were friendly and went out of their way to ensure a pleasant stay. The rooms, despite their slightly outdated furniture, were spacious and clean, providing a comfortable retreat. the swimming pools and relaxing lounge area were well-maintained and offered a tranquil space to unwind.

One area that could be improved is the breakfast selection, as some guests felt that there could have been more local and less pre-packaged goods available.

The luxurious Spa & Wellness Centre in this hotel is exquisite, providing exclusive amenities such as a sauna, steam room, and full-body massages to name a few. The indoor swimming pool is a great addition to the facilities, which also boast a beautiful sun terrace and garden area. The make-up services provided by the venue are exquisite, and the restaurant offers superb dishes from an impressive menu. The room advantages are exclusive, with beautiful décor and high-quality bed linens that are extremely comfortable.

Although I had an overall great experience in this hotel, one minor issue was the limited number of sun loungers around the heated swimming pool. However, the staff was quick to provide an alternative solution, such as the poolside snack bar and packed lunches at the beauty treatment rooms.
