I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel nestled in the mountains. The location, right at the edge of the forest, was absolutely stunning. I enjoyed spending time on the deck of my room, taking in the pretty view and feeling at peace amidst the natural surroundings. The room itself was spacious and well-furnished, providing enhanced comfort throughout my stay. The hotel's services were top-notch, with the friendly and efficient staff always dressed impeccably. I was particularly impressed with the delicious breakfast selection, offering a wide variety of options to suit every palate. The wellness facilities were a highlight of my stay, allowing me to truly unwind and relax. From the sauna to the spa lounge, everything was designed to help me chill and enjoy my time here.

We had a perfect stay for 3 nights. Friendly staff, amazing breakfast, nice spa, e-Bike rentals, clean rooms.

The room view towards the forest was breathtaking, and the cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch. The pool and sauna were a great way to relax, and the delicious breakfast was a highlight of our stay. We also enjoyed the e-Bikes provided by the hotel for some extra exploring. The overall design of the hotel, especially the new rooms, was impressive.

The lack of air conditioning in the room made our nights uncomfortably hot, despite the pleasant weather outside. The absence of nets on the windows meant we couldn't leave them open to cool down due to flies and mosquitos.

We enjoyed the beautiful location of the hotel, surrounded by breathtaking mountains and forests. The wellness facilities were also impressive, including a sauna, infinity pool and chillout areas. the food choices were diverse and of high quality.

Our stay was not ideal due to a few negative aspects. The staff was not very accommodating or helpful, particularly when we requested a room change.
