Exceptional service made us feel right at home.

During our stay, I faced a frustrating issue with the bed in the loft. The seams between the mattresses were a constant struggle, causing me to lose sleep as I frequently rolled into the gap. Moreover, the air conditioning unit was unexpectedly loud, making nights uncomfortable. Although we barely used it, the noise from other guests using their AC was unbearable, which only added to my dissatisfaction about my stay.

During my stay, I encountered issues with the bed configuration, as the seams between the mattresses were quite uncomfortable, affecting my sleep. Though I appreciated the breakfast service, these discomforts overshadowed my experience and made my stay less enjoyable than I had hoped.

We had a fantastic 3-night stay at Residenza Vranas! Our Two-Bedroom Suite with Sea View was amazing, with stunning views of the Old Town harbor that we enjoyed every morning. Having breakfast delivered to our room was such a treat, and the staff were incredibly helpful, providing us with great tips and even getting snacks ready for our early departures. We felt so pampered! The location made it easy to explore the charming alleys of Chania, and it truly felt like a special getaway. Definitely a place I'd recommend for a honeymoon or family trip!

Waking up to brekkie delivered to the room was such a treat! The chommies at the front desk are super friendly and for sure make you feel like family. The view of the Old Town harbour is just the best—sunrise hitting the water, absolutely stunning!

I loved having breakfast brought to my room each morning. The view of the harbor was fantastic, especially at sunrise. The surrounding area revealed charming alleys where I enjoyed traditional Cretan food. On a fun evening, I sipped a cocktail at a cozy café while soaking in the lively atmosphere. It truly felt like a perfect getaway during my recent travels with my partner.
