Great location in a bustling district. the hotel is near all the action and offered great views of the city at the new year. the beds were very soft and we slept soundly on them. the breakfast was fresh and filling for the most part.

We had a lot of issues with the staff. They were uncooperative and didn't seem to care about our concerns.
