We stayed at a hotel over New Year's and had a great time. the complimentary breakfast was a nice surprise and much appreciated. the location was perfect for exploring the city and we loved being close to all the restaurants and shops. Being able to walk to nearby attractions was a huge plus for us.

We had to pay extra for parking which was not expected. the hotel did not have a wheelchair accessible room, which was not ideal for our needs.

Staff excellent, room clean, comfortable and quiet, good transport position, effort from receptionist.

The location was convenient, with easy access to amenities, bars, and restaurants in Crystal Palace. The secure parking was worth the additional charge for the peace of mind.
