I had a fantastic stay at this hotel during my recent trip to Europe. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was perfect for exploring the city. The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and all the amenities I needed. The breakfast spread was extensive and delicious, and the pool was a nice bonus. it was an excellent experience and I would definitely return.

As first-time visitors to this city, The Westin Grand provided us with a delightful stay. The hotel's ideal location allowed us to explore Berlin on foot, while the warm and bright rooms offered a comfortable retreat. The breakfast buffet was exceptional, featuring a variety of dishes that were constantly replenished. We were also delighted by the hotel bar, where we enjoyed the soothing melodies of the pianist in the evenings. The staff went above and beyond to make my birthday week special, with a complimentary champagne bottle, chocolate, and a thoughtful birthday card delivered to our room. The friendly and helpful staff, along with the inviting pool, added to our overall enjoyable experience.

Our stay at the Westin was wonderful. The location was superb, just off Unter den Linden and close to the Brandenburg Gate. Our room was excellent, with a balcony and a clean, spacious layout. The breakfast offered a great variety of delicious food and was nicely laid out. The staff, especially the young Dutch guy at Reception, were excellent, informative, and very likeable. I will definitely recommend this hotel for its excellent service, beautiful rooms, and prime location.

While the hotel was overall fantastic, there were a couple of minor issues. The hot water in the bathroom was slow to heat up due to the old building, and the ladies' toilets in the common area were not well-maintained at times.

The hotel is located in a prime area, making it easy to explore various tourist attractions. It is within walking distance to Checkpoint Charlie, Brandenburg Gate, and the Tiergarten. the hotel has a beautiful green garden where you can enjoy the soothing music played by a piano player.

Some guests have mentioned that the bar prices are higher compared to similar establishments in the vicinity.

We got great value for our money with the recently renovated rooms at The Westin. The comfortable bed and excellent bathroom made our stay even more enjoyable. We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The lobby area was convenient and had a great atmosphere. The location was central, allowing us to easily walk to all the prime sights and enjoy the shopping in this city. We were able to see the Brandenburg Gate from our balcony, which was amazing. The hotel itself was beautiful, especially the atrium. The staff were all very helpful and knowledgeable about getting around and seeing the sights.

Great location within walking distance of main attractions like Checkpoint Charlie and Museum Island. Easy access from the P+R. The lobby was beautifully decorated, creating a welcoming ambiance.
