First stay, staff helped with car service. Perfect place with Wi, Fi, free parking, 24, hour reception, indoor pool. I come back for Easter. Great amenities: snack bar, fitness center, flat, screen TV, express check, in/out. Everything I need in one spot.

Upon arrival, I discovered my room had only one bed instead of the two twins I had booked. Despite the mix-up, the room was clean and comfortable. the hotel was conveniently located off the interstate. Overall I recommend this hotel.

The front desk workers were exceptional, always ready to assist with a smile. Everything was extremely clean, from the lobby to the guest rooms. the breakfast spread was amazing, offering a variety of options to start your day right. the hotel's convenient location close to major attractions made exploring the city a breeze.

Some minor inconveniences during check-in, such as issues with payment methods and room configurations, caused delays and frustration for some guests. A few maintenance issues were noted, like wobbly furniture and temperature control difficulties in some rooms.

The hotel had exceptional cleanliness and top-notch facilities. the staff from the front desk to the cleaning crew was friendly and helpful. Plus, the breakfast offered was great!
