The property is impressive, with a huge and beautiful 6-hectare landscape garden. The staff is warm, helpful, and provides local recommendations. Good breakfast with a variety of options, including good coffee and protein sources. Quiet environment surrounded by greenery in the summer. Good location with walking distance to the sites, and a shortcut to Rothenburg O.d.T. Elegant building and grounds, with large and airy rooms. Mosquito-free nights with screens on the windows.

We loved the Gothic appearance of the hotel and its massive grounds. The building looked like something out of a scary, but adorable movie. The staff at reception and in the breakfast restaurant were terrific. The breakfast had plenty of options and variety. The room was big and clean, and we especially enjoyed the beverages at the hotel, which were a great deal.

One minor issue was the bed in our room. The woods underneath came off easily, but we managed to put them back.

This hotel is a hidden gem nestled in a beautiful park just outside the city walls. The location is stunning, surrounded by lush greenery and a peaceful forest. The attention to detail is evident throughout, with rooms that have been renovated to include ensuite bathrooms and even balconies for a touch of luxury. The staff are friendly and provide excellent service, making you feel truly welcome. And to top it all off, the breakfast is included, offering a great start to the day.

I had a wonderful stay at a charming hotel located next to a picturesque river surrounded by trees. The old sanatorium building was beautifully maintained, preserving its historic charm while updating the facilities. The staff was friendly and always went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. Despite the stairs being steep, it was a pleasant walk into town, with the first gate just a short distance away.I highly recommend this hotel for its unique ambiance and great location.

The staff's limited availability was an inconvenience, and we struggled to find anyone after hours. the lighting around the hotel was poor, and it was difficult to navigate around the property in the dark.
