The room itself was great, with a good size bedroom, open lounge/dining area, and bathroom. The room had everything you could need for a stay, such as cooking facilities. The location was great for visiting the sights and getting public transport. The staff were exceptionally helpful. They spoke many languages and went out of their way to help. They made us feel very welcome and helped with explaining things like the trains and good places to go. The property was also a lovely place to stay and you could extend your check out time. I also liked that when I called I spoke to a person not an automated call center.

I recently stayed at this 4-star hotel and had a fantastic experience. The location is unbeatable, just 300m away from Check Point Charlie and close to all the main sights. It was so convenient to walk everywhere and explore the city. The staff at this place were incredibly attentive and friendly, providing excellent service from check-in to check-out. Ryan, in particular, was amazing and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The room was modern and clean, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The Wi-Fi was excellent, which was important for me. I was impressed with the hotel's attention to detail and the level of comfort provided.

I would highly recommend this hotel to families looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

Cleanliness: The interiors were clean and well-maintained. Location: The hotel was situated in a quiet area, but still near to many tourist attractions and the city center. Transportation: The hotel was public-transportation-friendly, making it easy to get around the city. Staff: The staff were friendly, helpful, and provided useful sightseeing tips.

Perfect location - museums, restaurants, groceries nearby. Easy street parking. Garage with fob access. Family-friendly pub and tapas restaurant across the street. Twin beds on sleeper sofa and comfy window seat for extra sleeping space.

The apartment is conveniently located near tourist sites, shops, and just a short distance from Charley check point. The spacious rooms are well-equipped with a comfortable bed and modern kitchen. The bathroom is clean and well-maintained with a fantastic shower. The friendly staff provides helpful service at the reception area. The apartment also offers a balcony with chairs, allowing guests to relax and enjoy the surroundings.

The apartment lacks air conditioning, which can be uncomfortable during hot summer days.

The rooms were spacious and modern. We enjoyed the complimentary rain shower and heated bathroom floors. the sofa beds were also comfortable. the hotel staff was friendly and attentive, available 24/7. the hotel was located in a convenient area and offered easy access to nearby attractions.

The hotel lacked facilities, such as a lobby or breakfast options. the room was not cleaned during our multi-night stay, and we had to request additional towels.

I had a fabulous stay at this hotel in the middle of the city. The apartment was modern, clean, and well-appointed with all the necessary facilities. The staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to help. The welcome drinks on arrival were a nice touch!

Despite a minor issue with check-in being a bit slow and some missing bedding initially, the hotel manager quickly resolved these issues. The location was fantastic, just a short walk away from Potsdamer Platz with convenient transportation connections.
