Bilal at reception made a lasting impression on me, ensuring my comfort and providing helpful attraction tips. The executive lounge on the third floor was a great bonus. the service was top-notch and I would definitely return.

Nestled in a convenient location, close to the railway station and other local restaurants. The Chinese food is scrumptious, and the tonital restaurant is a great spot to unwind. The rooms are comfy, but the bathroom requires an upgrade. The prompt service is commendable. The breakfast spread has excellent varieties.

The hotel lacks modern facilities to cater to all travelers' requirements.

The lobby was classy and beautiful, well-maintained property, clean and safe rooms, professional staff, friendly and cooperative, great for families.

During my Easter stay, I enjoyed the hotel's amazing complementary Easter eggs and chocolates. the location was perfect, with easy access to many popular restaurants and shops. the highlight was the breathtaking view from my room's balcony that gave me an unforgettable experience.

On the other hand, the room service staff was not up to standards, and the food quality was not satisfactory. the room was not clean enough upon arrival, and there was no proper follow-up by the housekeeping team.
