We had a wonderful stay at a hotel in the heart of the city. The location couldn't have been better, with easy access to the train station and all the main sights. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the restaurant attached to the hotel served an excellent buffet breakfast with a wide range of delicious German and Italian food. The room was comfortable and the bathroom modern, although a shower door would have been a nice addition. a great value hotel for a weekend break.

The location of XII Apostel Albergo was fantastic, right in the heart of all the attractions. We were able to easily walk to all the places we wanted to visit. The room was clean and modern, providing a comfortable stay. Despite some noise in the corridor, we had a pleasant experience overall. The breakfast menu had limited options, but the food was of good quality. I would recommend this hotel for its great location and cleanliness.

This hotel is in a great location, right on the Christmas market square in the city center. The rooms, although small, are very clean and have windows looking into an internal yard. The staff is friendly and attentive, and the breakfast, which could be included in the price, is served with hot drinks.

We had a fantastic stay in this hotel. The location was perfect, situated in the very centre of this busy touristy city. We could easily explore many places on foot, including the Heumarkt square. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, and the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. We also enjoyed the wide range of hotel facilities provided, such as the restaurant and the availability of parking.

We celebrated our Christmas in this hotel and we were pleasantly surprised with the complementary mulled wine and gingerbread cookies served in the lobby. the location was perfect, just a short walk away from the main Christmas market and the stunning Christmas lights in the city center. the view from our room was wonderful, with a beautiful sight of the city skyline.

Our stay was not entirely pleasant. the noise from the street was too much to bear, even with the windows shut.

The location is excellent - close to public transport, sightseeing, and nightlife. Impeccable service and warm welcome. Clean rooms with decent showers. Lovely breakfast buffet.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

The hotel is perfectly located, right in the heart of the old town, so you're within walking distance to everything. The Christmas markets are just a step away and there are plenty of restaurants and bars nearby to choose from. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with modern bathrooms and a great view of the city.

The receptionists could be more attentive and friendly.

The spacious rooms were a pleasant surprise, with a separate bedroom and a large sofa in the living area. The windows provided a great view of the bustling square below. The hotel's location, just a couple of blocks from the river, was convenient for exploring the city. Plus, there were plenty of nearby restaurants to choose from for breakfast or other meals.

The staff could have been friendlier, and there was a mix-up with housekeeping that left me without my personal towel. The noise from the street could be heard in the room due to poor insulation, and the TV was not working properly.
