The spacious walk-in shower and comfortable bed were major highlights. The location of the hotel was also great, with nearby tasting rooms, restaurants, and shops to explore. Additionally, the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

It would have been nice to have more options. Additionally, the breakfast vouchers provided were a bit misleading, as they only covered a baked good and coffee or offered a discount on breakfast.

Stayed at a modern hotel in the heart of Old Town Cottonwood. The location was perfect, with plenty of wineries, beer bars, and unique shops nearby. The rooms were boutique and worth the stay. This hotel is ideally placed in the Verde Valley area, offering easy access to attractions in the Cottonwood-Sedona area. Located in Old Town, it's close to Vic's Steakhouse and many other great dining options. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable, with excellent amenities like sound conditioners. Service is professional, friendly, and helpful; the surrounding areas are peaceful and pleasant.

There were no safety bars in the bathroom shower for elderly guests, which could pose a hazard.

The Tavern Hotel was absolutely beautiful, with a great location for exploring the town. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The hotel had a well-appointed room with a walk-in shower, comfortable bed, and all the amenities we needed. The decor was lovely and the entire building was in great shape, inside and out. We especially loved the yellow Adirondack chairs on the balconies, adding a nice touch of color. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast at Crema and the wine tasting at the Burning Tree, which stayed open until 10pm.

Felt spoilt, no complaints.
