The location of the hotel was ideal, with its close proximity to the US Embassy and various shops where we could easily find food and beverages. Additionally, the hotel was conveniently located near the botanical gardens in Legon, allowing us to explore the beautiful greenery nearby.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! the value for money was excellent - I got so much for what I paid. Secondly, the staff went above and beyond to make sure I had a great experience. They were attentive, friendly, and helpful in suggesting places to visit. Lastly, the location was spot-on, with easy access to shops, the US Embassy, and even the botanical gardens in legon.

I would suggest improving the cable TV service, but overall, everything was great.

My Christmas experience was decent. the key location of the hotel, near to prominent beaches, squares and gardens, made it easy for me to explore and venture out during the holiday season. the breakfast had some good options that were quite palatable too.

Sadly, my stay was not without its drawbacks. the worst aspect of my stay was the room.

I loved the customer service at Alisa Hotel Labone. They arranged a shuttle for me from the airport and the staff at the hotel were welcoming and accommodating. the hotel itself was clean and matched the pictures I saw online. the room was spacious and exceeded my expectations. I particularly enjoyed the clean and well-stocked toilet and the provided toiletries. the location of the hotel was also great, with easy access to the airport and attractions like Labadi Beach, Laboma Beach, and the Black Star Square. the hotel staff, including Giftie, the receptionist, and the attentive security guards, made my stay even more enjoyable. the room service and kitchen staff were also excellent, keeping me well-fed and helping me with any requests I had.
