I also had the opportunity to try fresh palm wine, which was a treat. The gym was well-located and had good equipment, and the wifi was excellent for working online. I appreciated the layout of the ground floor, which had plenty of comfortable seating areas to relax.

Airport pick-up and drop-off services were unreliable and disappointing. Poor quality of room amenities and maintenance issues like bad wifi connection and mouldy bathroom tiles.

The gym was well-equipped with several different types of machines, making it easy to get in a good workout. the location was nice and secluded, quiet without disturbances. the staff was very kind and helped us out whenever we needed it.

Noisy air conditioner.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Accra and had a wonderful experience. The staff members were hardworking, respectful, and dedicated. They made me feel that my money was well spent. The guest relations staff, including Dorinda, Dede, and Lucy, were fantastic and always responded promptly to any concerns. The kitchen staff, especially Jonathan, were excellent in addressing guest concerns, as were the breakfast crews. The room service team, led by Mr. Samuel and George, were prompt and professional. The concierge guys, Fripong, Joseph, Akram, and Samuel, were always attentive and provided a joyful atmosphere. The day and night shift receptionists, such as Milicent, Mary J, Frederick, Anthony, Yaw. The housekeeping team, including Robetta, were deserving of much respect. The pool attendants, Paul and Kwami, were gentle and accommodating. The security guards were thorough and vigilant. Last but not least, the bar guys Richard and George served excellent cocktails in a relaxing atmosphere. My request to the hotel management is to continue looking after these exceptional employees.
