Our stay was mostly pleasant. The complimentary breakfast had a great variety, and the proximity to Santa Monica Pier made exploring easy. The staff was responsive and helpful.

Unfortunately, the air conditioning was noisy at night, which disrupted sleep. Also, the pool area was smaller than we expected, so it was a bit crowded at times.

The location is fantastic, just a few blocks from the beach and the pier, making it easy to explore. I appreciate the nearby tram station for quick transportation. There are plenty of dining options within walking distance.

Parking fees are quite steep, which can be a drawback for budget travelers.

the breakfast was served on paper plates, which is defintely classy, right? the cold showers were an absolute delight, too. i asked for a room upgrade due to inconveniences and received nothing in return! do they not appreciate discerning guests? almost thought about giving a good review, but just couldn’t. it’s quite sad, really.

Despite its prime location, the hotel left much to be desired. The gym was basic and didn't meet my expectations for a hotel of this caliber, and I found the breakfast area uncomfortably small, leading to long waits for seating. Additionally, the complimentary coffee was often empty, which was disappointing for early risers like myself.

Loved the rooftop spa and easy access to the tram station. The room's high ceilings gave it a spacious feel. I had a peek of the ocean from my window, which was lovely! Also, Matt at the front desk really made my stay better.
