The staff treated us like family—so welcoming!

i almost gave a good review here, but the air con barely worked, and it took forever to get help. not to mention, we had only one small piece of soap for our entire stay, very basic. for $600 a night, i would’ve expected a slight upgrade or at least freesh towels daily, ridiculous!

During my stay, I was constantly in awe of the panoramic views from the hotel room, especially during sunset, which truly made my vacation feel special. I also loved how close I was to Akra Skaros, a stunning spot for walking and enjoying the breathtaking scenery of the caldera's edge.

Had a boss time, la! The views of the sunset each night were absolutely breathtaking, just perfect for a relaxed vibe. Staff were dead sound, made us feel well welcome. Just a bit of damp in the room, but nothing major. Definitely coming back for that view!

Had a right cozy time, mate! The view from me private balcony was pure magic—definitely the best part, watchin’ the sunset like a king. Only downside was the small room, bit cramped for me long legs. Still, proper enjoyed it!

the hotel is charming with unique rooms built into the cliff. the shower had mold around the edges.

The constant humming from above made it feel like a never-ending disco in my room—hardly the relaxing experience I imagined! And let's just say, the bathroom's door had a little too much openness to it, if you catch my drift.

The view of the caldera was simply breathtaking, especially during sunset (absolutely magical! ). The staff were incredibly attentive, particularly Eddie who made the best cocktails. The room was cozy and well-kept, making for a very welcoming atmosphere.

Finding the hotel was a bit tricky, as the signage could be clearer. While the location was peaceful, navigating the many stairs could be a challenge for those with mobility issues.

Our stay was pure bliss, especially the breakfasts served on our private terrace while soaking in those breathtaking caldera views. We even had a fun hummer tour, discovering hidden marvels around Santorini, which delighted the kids and made the trip extra special!

In my wife’s opinion, clearer guidance about room amenities would help.

the location was serene with charming upscale restaurants nearby. an easy stroll to the lively part of town. breakfast delivered to our patio was unforgettable. and the staff made us feel like family, especially the meticulous housekeepers.

Had an exceptional time soaking in that incredible sunset view from our balcony every night while sipping on wine you have to see it to believe. The staff were beyond friendly they practically treated us like family helping us with everything from our luggage to offering great local food recommendations.

It was a little pricey but worth every penny we spent.
