The elevators are cramped and often congested!!! Noise from the streets can be disruptive during the night!!! Hot water supply is iffy, especially during shower times!!! Maintenance efforts need attention – bathrooms could use a refresh!!!

the room was an absolute disappointment, with a deformed camping bed that ruined my vacation vibes. and don’t even get me started on the breakfast — as if variety can make up for dreadful quality. i almost thought of leaving a glowing review when none of the staff even offered to upgrade my room, but just couldn’t.

The lack of on-site parking is a major hassle!!! Slow service during busy times can leave a bad taste. The inconsistency in hot water supply is frustrating and needs urgent fixing!!!

the location of airotel is fantastic, right by the best taverna in town, orea mitilini. the rooftop restaurant has amazing views, and breakfast is great with many options. the fitness center and steam room helped make our stay more enjoyable. i loved the spacious terrace with a sea view from our room, too.
