The staff were incredibly helpful, ensuring my needs were met during a sudden weather disruption. Enjoying the sauna and bar with vibrant ambiance made my stay delightful!

Yet, the check-in process felt impersonal, relying heavily on tablets which detracted from the personal touch I desired. Also, I found breakfast options rather limited.

The sauna and onsen were a fantastic way to unwind, especially after a day of exploring Kyoto. The inclusion of pajamas and slippers in the room added a comforting touch to our stay.

The laundry service was quite frustrating due to the lack of visibility on machine availability!!! A complete rethink of the self-check-in process would enhance the overall experience!!! The odd basin placement in the room was truly annoying!!!

My stay was fantastic! The location was perfect, with multiple bus stops nearby, making travel around the area super easy. The facilities were top-notch, especially the sauna and public bath, which were great for relaxation after a day of exploring. The room was spacious and modern, with a huge overhead shower that I absolutely loved!

The only downside was the limited laundry facilities, which made it tough during peak hours.

The staff exemplified friendliness, always willing to assist with various requests, which made the experience even more pleasant. Enjoying free drinks between 18:00 and 22:00 during the DJ program added a fun and relaxed vibe to the evenings. Additionally, the proximity to public transport and numerous charming restaurants made exploring the area easy and enjoyable.

Wi-fi was reliable, but breakfast had a limited spread. Liked the 24-hour reception.

My 2-night stay was fantastic! The spa facilities were top-notch, especially the sauna. The location was ideal—just a short walk to Gion! I loved using the laundry facilities. A tip for future guests, check the gender schedule for the sauna and onsen for convenient planning!

Wi-fi was reliable. 24-hour reception was convenient. Luggage storage was helpful, but check-in took too long.
