Pros – The hotel has a gorgeous design and friendly staff, perfect for families. The sea view rooms are beautiful and well-equipped. The main restaurant offers delicious and varied food. The beach is great for kids, and the adults-only section is stunning. The beach bar/restaurant serves tasty food and drinks. The A la Carte restaurants are easy to reserve. Renting a car is convenient. Despite concerns, the beds were comfortable.

Cons – Felt snug, nothing to complain about.

The facilities were top-notch, with a gym, escape rooms, and multiple pools available. We also loved the fact that sunbeds were provided on the nearby beach, it made for a perfect day in the sun. the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, except for one exception. They made our stay enjoyable and went above and beyond to assist us. Additionally, the all-inclusive package allowed us to book three different restaurants, each offering a unique dining experience.

Although we had a great time, there were a few downsides to our stay. the reception staff could use some more training.

The hotel has a great location, just a 20-minute car ride from the airport. It's also close to Rhodes old town, which is perfect for shopping or evening strolls. There are several beautiful beaches nearby, with Kallithea springs being highly recommended. The hotel itself is recently renovated with a modern and clean design. The rooms are nice with sea-facing balconies and updated bathrooms. There are multiple swimming pools to choose from, including a fun water slide complex. The beach is stunning with clear water in a small bay. The staff are friendly and helpful. The buffet offers a variety of delicious food options, including choices for kids and vegans/vegetarians. There is also a beach bar with various drinks and snacks, all included in the package. The hotel restaurants are also very nice. a great experience!

Felt so comfortable and at home, nothing to complain about.

We spent a lovely Christmas holiday here. the staff were friendly and helpful. the food was fresh and delicious, with a good variety to choose from. We enjoyed the daily entertainment and the cozy atmosphere by the fireplace. the location was perfect, right by the beach and close to local shops and restaurants. the hotel also offered free shuttle service to nearby attractions.

The rooms were outdated and could use some renovation. the wifi was spotty at times and the TV channels were limited.

We had the best holiday! The staff was kind and helpful, the food hall had a wide variety of delicious options, the room was spacious with a great view, and the pools were amazing. The Animation team worked hard to provide entertainment for everyone.

Can't fault anything about it.

Modern facilities, comfortable beds, beautiful sea views, lovely bathroom with nice shower. Smaller pool area with comfortable sunbeds, DJ plays by the pool every other day. Three nice a la carte restaurants, excellent service. Adult-only resort next door with shared facilities at a cost. Convenient small store and pharmacy nearby.

The Helea resort is an amazingly beautiful hotel with excellent location, stunning private beach, and amazing pools. The staff is helpful and the food is great. The resort offers all-inclusive service and a rich bar with drinks.

The service was excellent and the staff were very friendly. The food was delicious, especially the Greek dishes. The beach was incredibly beautiful and the sea was warm. Our kids had a blast with the amazing pool, beach, and water park. The kids club was also great, with a fantastic staff. we had a top experience and enjoyed every moment of our stay.

This hotel offers a luxurious stay with exclusive amenities that fulfilled all my needs. the service was exceptional and the Spa & wellness centre was a highlight with an indoor swimming pool, sauna and Jacuzzi. the outdoor swimming pool was also a highlight with sun loungers and beach umbrellas. Live entertainment was a great touch and the beauty treatments were worth trying. the location advantages were undeniable with a beachfront and garden area. In-room breakfast and private facilities added to the exclusivity.

The only minor issue was the dinner service which was a bit slow, but the food in the restaurant was still excellent.

Lovely hotel with helpful and polite staff. The rooms were spotless and the maid would come back later in the day if we wanted to sleep in. The tea and coffee facilities in the room were a plus, and the free safe and fridge were convenient. The garden view was peaceful and we enjoyed the evening sun. The variety of dining options was great, especially the 2 specialty restaurants we could choose from. The hotel also offered convenient services like packed lunches and transportation to nearby attractions.

The behavior of some Russian guests was rude and spoiled the experience. The main pool area got overcrowded and the sunbeds were uncomfortable and too close together.

I had a fantastic time during my stay at Helea Family Beach Resort. The resort's facilities were amazing, especially the pool, beach, and water park, which my kids absolutely loved. The staff at the kids club were also excellent and made sure our children had a great time. The buffet had a wide variety of delicious food options, including choices for vegetarians and kids. The beach bar was a pleasant surprise, serving refreshing drinks, coctails, and even souvlaki. The resort's location was also convenient, with easy access to nearby shops and a short distance to the old town.
