We had a fantastic stay at Eurostars! The upgraded Superior room was clean and comfortable, and the hotel staff were extremely helpful. Despite the computer systems being down, the staff quickly checked us in. Special thanks to Mariya at reception and the lovely lady who served breakfast. They made us feel at home. The location near the airport is perfect for businessmen, with many large companies in the area. The hotel has a modern look, and the desk staff were great, speaking multiple languages. We also appreciated the convenience of ordering a taxi in advance, which arrived on time.

As foreign tourists, we loved the amazing views of Madrid from the hotel room, with the blue Spanish sky and airplane trails. The enormous windows and the mirror on the wall made us feel like we were floating in the sky. The staff, especially Olga, were professional and extremely helpful. The breakfast options were great, with lactose-free milk available. The beds were comfortable and the design of the room, with a bath directly in the room and a shower in the bathroom, was unique and enjoyable. we highly recommend this hotel for its comfort, attention to detail, and fantastic atmosphere.
