The hotel's location was perfect for our Christmas stay. It was close to the main area and had a great view of the port from our balcony. Being in the highest building in the area, we could easily explore restaurants and pubs just steps away. the staff were friendly and provided helpful tips on places to visit and transportation options. We also appreciated that they were able to book taxis for us when needed. the room itself was spacious, giving us plenty of space to relax and enjoy our holiday.

While the hotel had many positives, there were a few downsides as well. the bed arrangement was not ideal.

my second stay in kos town was even better than the first. the location of hotel alexandra was perfect, close to the harbor and historical center. the staff were incredibly nice and helpful, and the spacious room was kept tidy every day. highly recommended!

The location of this hotel is absolutely perfect - right in the heart of town and close to the port. It's so convenient to have everything within walking distance, from restaurants and bars to shops and ancient sites. The staff here are incredibly friendly and always willing to help. They made me feel welcome and ensured I had a pleasant stay. Another positive aspect is the comfortable and well-equipped rooms. I especially loved the balcony where I could enjoy a beautiful view of the harbor. The hotel also offers great amenities like a swimming pool and a delicious buffet breakfast.

I highly recommend this hotel to everyone. It truly exceeded my expectations and provided a luxurious and comfortable stay.

Great location close to shopping, restaurants, and beaches. Very clean hotel with spacious rooms and good quality towels. the gym was a bonus and offered a good range of equipment.

Breakfast wasn't great with dried out food and not a lot of variety. Staff could have been more friendly and there was a lack of information provided about the facilities and local area.

The value for money at this hotel was impressive - great bed, good shower, clean room, and a perfect location close to the harbor and old town. The staff at the reception were incredibly friendly and helpful, assisting with scooter rentals, directions, and even changing our bed arrangement at the last minute. The sea view from our room on the 4th floor was simply sensational.

We loved our stay at this hotel in Kos Old Town. Great location, friendly staff, a small pool, and a gym. The breakfast had a good variety of options. The rooms were comfortable, especially the studios. One year we even got upgraded to a stunning penthouse suite with a huge balcony and amazing views.
