Upgraded to spacious Alexis Suites due to hotel being full. Perfect location with close proximity to Old Town Center and Lake. Friendly and informative staff. Clean room and hotel. Convenient car park.

This hotel is a hidden gem in a quiet area but quite close to the centre of the city. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, ensuring that our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped with a balcony and bathtub, adding an extra touch of luxury. The breakfast provided was delicious and varied, with a good selection of options to suit different tastes.

No aspect could be improved, everything was perfect.

Located in a peaceful area but still close to the downtown. the room was clean and the receptionist was friendly and a great help. Breakfast was tasty with a good variety of food.

The furniture and décor looks outdated, which reduces the atmosphere of luxury. the bathroom was small, making it harder to move around comfortably.
